Gulf Mobile & Ohio 40’ Appliance Boxcar 1963+

Use this decal set to letter one of GM&O's 40' Appliance boxcars in the 59050-59067. Similar riveted cars also existed in the 59000-59026 series.

This decal set includes all of the data you need to decal one car. You supply an ACI label and COTS lettering, if they are appropriate for your era. Various return routes are included

Rebuilt by the GM&O Bloomington, IL shops in 1963, the prototype boxcars were painted a reddish brown (sides and 5-5 ends). The draft gear, trucks and underframe are black. The diagonal panel roof is unpainted galvanized with overspray on the edges. This decal set is printed in white. A decal diagram is included.
