Illinois Central GATC 4180 cu ft Airslide Covered Hopper 1966+

This decal set will help you letter an IC GATC 4180 cu.ft. Airslide Covered Hopper. In HO, Tangent Scale Models makes an exquisite model of this prototype. The IC cars were painted gray, and had black bays, centersills, draft gear and trucks.

The IC cars were purchased in 1966 and occupied the IC 59200-59299 series. Examples of cars in original IC paint survived into at least the late 1990s!

Enough lettering is supplied to letter one complete car.



The decal set is printed in black, white and red. A lettering diagram is included.
