Illinois Central GATC 3500 Cu Ft Dry Flo Covered Hopper 1959+
This decal set allows you to decal one of Illinois Central's
GATC Dry Flo Covered Hoppers. In HO, a beautiful 3500 cu ft Dry
Flo Model model exists from Tangent Scale Models
. The prototype cars had light gray bodies and ends, and black
bays/centersills between the bolsters.
The IC rostered two series::
IC 59500-59529 (1959)
IC 59530-59549 (1960)
Enough lettering is supplied to letter one car.
Examples of Prototyp IC cars lasted well in to the 1980s!
The decal set is printed in black, white and red. A
lettering diagram is included.
