Illinois Central Gulf 40’ Pullman Standard Hy-Cube Boxcar

The Illinois Central took delivery of 30 40’ Orange Hy-Cube Boxcars in 1967. These cars were typically used in appliance service. (For example, in captive service at the Whirlpool Plant in Evansville, Indiana)

ICG is known to have repainted several of these cars into the ICG 480050-480079 series. This decal set includes all of the data you need to decal one car, painted in the 1972 I-Ball scheme. It is designed to fit the HO Scale Pullman Standard 40’ Baby Hy-Cube Boxcar by Hi-Tech Details (kit #7000).

A decal diagram is included. This set is printed in black, white and yellow.
